Each day, whether at home or in the workplace, our minds are busy thinking of how we can accomplish our tasks. Thinking is good, but overthinking can cause problems in health and overall performance. When we overthink, our judgment becomes unclear due to stress. We tend to focus on the negative. As a result, we found it challenging to take proper actions.
